Refund Policy

At Action Against Poverty Pakistan, we highly value the trust and support of our donors, volunteers, partners, and supporters. Donations and contributions made through our website are utilized to support humanitarian, educational, relief, and community development initiatives across Pakistan.

1. General Donation Policy

All donations made to Action Against Poverty (AAP) are considered voluntary contributions intended to support our charitable and development activities.

As donations are immediately allocated toward ongoing programs and operational commitments, donations are generally non-refundable.

2. Duplicate or Accidental Transactions

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate donation/payment
  • Incorrect amount entered mistakenly
  • Unauthorized transaction using a payment card/account

To request a refund, the donor must contact us within 7 working days of the transaction date with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Transaction ID/reference number
  • Donation amount
  • Date of transaction
  • Reason for refund request

3. Refund Review Process

AAP reserves the right to review and verify all refund requests before approval.

Approved refunds may take:

  • 7–14 business days for bank transfers
  • Additional processing time depending on the payment gateway or financial institution

4. Fraud Prevention

AAP actively monitors transactions for suspicious or fraudulent activity. Fraudulent refund claims may be reported to relevant financial institutions and authorities.
