MEETING WITH DEPUTY GENERAL, LABOUR WELFARE.

The meeting was arranged with the deputy General Laboure welfare at Lahore. The documents on the strengthening women sanitary workers’ union was presented to him. And the charter of demand was also presented to him. The deputy general laboure welfare had over view of the documents.The uniqueness of the project was exposed by Javaid Nazir to the Deputy General Laboure, that these unions are run by the woman as president and out of their willingness they have included men. Whereas, in other unions, it has never been implemented. Even now- a -days the Government has enforced the participation of women in all the unions.
